The Guam WIC program goal is to improve health outcomes and quality of life for eligible pregnant and breastfeeding women, new moms, and children under age 5. WIC accomplishes this goal by providing nutritious food, nutrition education, and referrals to health and other services.

Did you know it is a crime to:

  • Offer to buy WIC benefits
  • Exchange WIC benefits
  • Sell WIC benefits and/or eWIC cards in person or through social media.

WIC takes all complaints seriously and ensures that allegations of fraud and abuse are investigated. WIC encourages the immediate reporting of any alleged WIC program fraud or abuse. If you think someone is committing fraud or abusing the Guam WIC Program, you can let us know by contacting the Guam WIC Program Integrity (PI) Team.

Program Integrity is a team within the Guam WIC program which:

  • Ensures that program funds are given only to eligible families.
  • Investigates all claims of program fraud and abuse by clients, employees, and vendors.
  • Increases awareness of potential areas of fraud and abuse.
